ArtResolve : Fee Structure

ArtResolve charges appointment fees of £300 + VAT to members of the Institute of Art and Law, and £500 + VAT to non-members.

The fees payable to the mediators, neutrals, experts and arbitrators are not subject to any ArtResolve commission. The fees are a matter of negotiation between the parties and the mediators, neutrals, experts and arbitrators. ArtResolve does not, however, appoint without disclosure by the proposed appointee of the level of the fee the appointee proposes. Levels of fees, and all other aspects of private disputes, are treated by ArtResolve as strictly confidential.

The mediators, neutrals, experts and arbitrators, and ArtResolve, stand or fall by their reputation: as a condition of using ArtResolve's dispute resolution service, parties agree generally not to make claims against the appointees, their pupils or ArtResolve.
